KATSUBO | JAPANESE BURGERS

Katsubo is a brand new pop us based in The Lucky Club, Mayfair. We serve classic Japanese flavours housed inside a pillow soft Hokkaido Milk Bun. Conceived and developed by three brothers, Louis, George and Jack, Katsubo aims to push the boundaries of flavour and revolutionise what a burger can really be.

Our signature Hokkaido Milk Buns are all baked in house using the 'Yudane method'. This allows us to create buns which are rich in flavour and melt in your mouth whilst holding up to our delicious fillings. We haven't quite yet developed a gluten free version, so if you need to swap out for salad or a gluten free burger please let one of our servers know.
